My divorce almost flattened me. I was blindsided, terrified, and deeply deeply wounded. The split itself was bad enough, but the infidelity broke me wide open. I did not think I would make it through. When I look back now, I marvel at whatever little ember in my heart stayed lit, providing me with perspective, strength, and focus. I was lucky to have supportive people around me, but I credit myself as the most critical resource I used. I drew continuously from my varied coaching experiences, and my deep yoga toolkit.
